WE ARE Not responsible for user error. This includes - but is not limited to - damage while applying the wrap or damage from washing.
Please make sure to read and follow instructions before applying any transfer to ensure you remove the backing correctly.
Processing Time:
Our Current processing time is 3-5 business days. Shipping time is not included in the processing time.
Please note; We are not responsible for items lost in the mail. It is the customer responsibility to contact their local post office to inquire about a lost package and submit a missing/lost claim but, we can do our best to guide you in the right direction to complete the process.
